Company Profile From humble beginnings in 2004, Ace Taxis has grown it's fleet of Taxis from 7 to 52. This has been achieved through a combination of hard work, attention to detail, but first and foremost, by offering our Customers a quality Taxi service. In January 2008 Ace Taxis installed Auriga Evocab Core, Europe's leading Taxi Dispatch System. Our Samsung 7300 Phone System is of Call Center standard and is fully integrated with our Dispatch System. In partnership with Geo Directory, our Database contains the Address of every house and Business Premises in Cork City and County. Collectively this Technology allows our Dispatchers to process all calls in less than 10 seconds. As the Job is then dispatched to the nearest available vehicle, our Customers continue to be impressed by the prompt arrival of their Taxi. We also have the Capacity to offer dedicated Phone Lines to our Key Customers. In 2007 Ace Taxis acquired VIP Taxis and following the acquisition of A2B Taxis in 2009, the Company was rebranded as The Ace Taxi Group. From our Offices just off the South Link Road, we offer a comprehensive Taxi Service to a large geographical area, on an East-West Axis from Little Island to the Western Suburbs, including the City Centre. Our Modern Fleet of over 50 (fifty) Taxis includes a large number of 6-7-8 and Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles. All of our Drivers subscribe to our Ethos of providing a First Class Customer Service. The also support a Dress Code of Steel Grey Shirt, Burgundy Jumper, Black Trousers and Black Shoes. Our existing List of Customers is a strong Testimony to the Quality of our Service. |
